I don't know where he gets his inside information from but The Bookie has taken a dim view of Sprint's chances in this week's Rakeman NASCAR Challenge. The Bookie doesn't seem to think Sprint will finish too well. What do you think?
Latest line: Sprint finishing #1 pays 10 to 1 Top 5 finish by Sprint pays 5 to 1 Finishing dead last pays 5 to 1 Top 10 finish pays 3 to 1 Also ran finish = Wash |

While settling the bets The Bookie mentioned something about "lamers being faint of heart" or something like that. I couldn't make it all out because he was laughing while he said it. He also mumbled something about bottom of the ninth, home run and something else as he walked away. I didn't catch it all but it sounded something like leading a horse to water but can't make'em drink??
I dunno, maybe it'll make more sense with next week's odds. All I know is somebody else is going to be on the clock next week. He didn't appear to be real happy with this week's outcome.  |
