I guess with all the team-mergin', points-acquirin', and car-brands-a-changin' that's been going on since last year, anything's possible.

Andretti's in the 34, which finished top 35 last year.

All in all; the 07, 44, and 96 teams were top 35 and closed. The 07 points went to the 78, meaning Regan Smith is locked in. The 44 points went to Paul Menard in the 98, who was already top 35, so the 98 points were switched to the 37 with Kvapil. The 96 points went to the 38 car split between David Gilliland/Robert Richardson.

Basically Yates and Front Row (not to be confused with Furniture Row, they're aligned with Childress) traded points around to get all their cars locked in.
