“Bad Weather Cancels Both Season Openers”

Kenly & Greenville Postponed Due to Rain





4/4/08 Kannapolis, NC – Fireside Racing with driver Mike Herman, Jr. will have to wait once again to open the 2008 season. Just like last weekend’s race at Southern National Raceway Park, this Saturday’s race at Greenville-Pickens Speedway has been postponed due to inclement weather.



The Kenly event has been rescheduled for September 13th and the new Greenville date will be announced by NASCAR soon.



The next scheduled event for Fireside Racing is the 200 lap season opener at Bowman-Gray Stadium on April 26th. For more information on that event please visit www.bowmangrayracing.com.

I guess we just aren't meant to go racing this year! Atleast I have a weekend off!!!
