Hmmm...wonder if my family in So. Illinois got any of it...they're quite a ways south of Peoria. They got a lot of wind...trees down and power outage when the cold front came thru.

My son lives in Ypsilanti, MI, about 30 miles east of Detroit. Haven't heard from him yet, but watching the weather, I hope they don't get a power outage. He said that happens at least once each winter.

No snow here in central Virginia, but we got about 2" of rain, which we needed badly. It was one of those blustery, rainy, chilly days that makes you stay inside.
