There was a shooting inside a Lakeland Florida mall today which is suspected to be gang related. The shooters are still on the loose. The (lucky) victim is in stable condition but refuses to talk to authorities about the incident or his assailants.

This thug inspired no rat campaign just traumatized and claimed another 100+ victims who witnessed the incidence by simply being in the wrong place at the wrong time and were also placed in harms way in what used to be a safe haven by the security this no rat campaign is sending.

I say enough is enough!!! Thugs and gangs must not be allowed the freedom and security to feel they can take over public areas to run their under the table businesses and commit crimes freely.

I'm suggesting...
If you refuse to rat, take the fall...
Regardless of the crime committed, if the victim refuses to cooperate for a rightful resolution, then they should be charged with the offense!

Oh yeah, I'm serious! Wanna' stay mum on a publicly committed crime that invades my space and impedes my freedom?? Now you're stepping on my toes and should be considered a public terrorist!

Shut your mouth, take the rap! It's the only way we can weed our streets safe. They'll all fall victim over time and as long as they share this mentality it's only way to get them off the streets.

Don't wanna' cooperate or be part of the solution? Fine... Take The fall! (and ship outta' my community!!!)
