Pink Floyd Blugrass style

Who here has this cd or for that matter even heard it?

Being a Floyd fan I was curious so I bought myself a copy and just love it, especially Run like Hell and Wish You Were Here a track I don't like that much.

Do they actually play bluegrass on this CD? I love bluegrass, so this definitely intrigues me!

I love Pink Floyd...my son took me to their concert in Tampa last May...it was absolutely fantastic!!

But I really can't stand bluegrass...can't help it, it just hurts my ears!!

Pink Floyd actually don't play bluegrass on this cd. Its recorded by bluegrass musicans. Very well worth the listen.

That might be about as bluegrass as you could make Pink Floyd sound but it's not exactly what I'd call bluegrass. Maybe new bluegrass huh?

I host a jam night every Wednesday night at a local club and occasionally a couple of players stop in and we do Time and Money. I always enjoy it when they come by cause they're great players and we get to break out of the normal blues and rock standards and do stuff from Pink Floyd, Steely Dan and other out of the ordinary stuff.

have you guys ever heard of Hayseed Dixie?
they can pick and grin with the best of em'
they take rock songs and serve them up bluegrass style.
you can go to cdnow.com and type in thier name and usually you can listen to clips. or just use your music share ware program. i use limewire.
