I redirected the base page strait to the forums while I installed a different portal system but this one kinda' does the same login thing. I'll look through the portal FAQs to see if I can find out why but I did happen to notice something that doesn't make any sense at all...
If you enter your login info, the page redisplays as if you're not logged in but if you go to the bottom of the page and click on the
NFC South link in the green bar, it'll redisplay showing that you are. The strange part is they are both the same exact web address so go figure...
Anyway, for what it's worth I'm liking the new portal better already and there's no extra bells or whistles added. (yet...
)

I just found the problem. When I added the
Home link into the top navbar I neglected to add the www. to the URL address. Even though it's not necessary for general web use the BBS code looks for it. It's there now so problem solved, go login...
